The cable drum of the KLL-Light is made of lightweight, shock resistant polycarbonate, which is perfectly suited for field use due to its solidity. The corrosion resistant probe is connected via an anticorrosive polyethylene cable with two steel cores to the battery-powered signal unit in the cable drum.
